The Servants of the Lord is an established contemporary praise and worship band performing at the blended service on Sunday mornings. Current members of our band include:
- Marian Helinsky —- Worship Leader — Guitar and vocals
- Bill Schmitz ———– Keyboards, vocals, and percussion
- Carl Rutledge ——– Vocals
Currently we are looking for a responsible and experienced lead guitarist, bass player, and drummer.
There is usually one rehearsal per week and one service on Sunday at 11:00 am with a run through at 10 am. We also perform on Christmas Eve and possibly other occasions.
Environment is serious, but fun and relaxed. We have a good repertoire of praise music from major contemporary Christian artists such as Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Lincoln Brewster, and others. If you have a relationship with Christ and a desire to use your talent to glorify Him and have a good time doing it, we are interested in talking to you. Must be available on days of rehearsals and worship. The position is open starting now.
Because of the standard of excellence that we have set for this ministry, we require an audition.
